NANTICOKE — A Nanticoke man was charged with possession of and intent to deliver a controlled substance after a search of his residence. On Thursday, members of the Nanticoke City Police Department, Luzerne County Drug Task Force, Wilkes-Barre City Police Department, Kingston Police Department and Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, executed a search warrant at 263 State St.
