TRUMBULL — One person was sent to the hospital after an accident caused by a motorist traveling the wrong direction on the Merritt Parkway, police said. Connecticut State Police Troop G responded to a two-car accident that resulted in a rollover on the northbound portion of the parkway between Exits 47 and 48 around 8:37 p.m.
