Authorities said Abbey Meany, 27, of Belltown Road, Stamford, jumped from the East Main Street overpass near exit 9, fell on the left northbound lane and was struck by at least one vehicle Thursday morning. The incident, reported about 11:45 a.m. Thursday, led to the closure of two northbound lanes for about two hours, causing traffic delays for miles.
