Based on a surveillance of Ivan Rojas-Dominguez and other investigative techniques, investigators were able to observe Ivan Rojas-Dominguez engage in activity consistent with trafficking illegal drugs. During a search of his bedroom, investigators seized drug paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking, several ounces of cocaine and more than $30,000 in cash.
