By chhun sun chhun.sun@gazette.com -An apparently hungry man was arrested Monday night after he attempted to sell drugs to an employee at a family restaurant in exchange for food, the Colorado Springs police said. Police arrived at the Village Inn on the 7000 block of Duryea Drive about 10:50 p.m. Monday after a report of a "suspicious male taking a shower in the public restroom." The man, identified as Luke Thurman, allegedly attempted to make a transaction with an employee involving narcotics and food. Police said the man also carried identification cards and credit cards that did not belong to him. He was arrested on suspicion of identity theft and "imitation controlled substances," police said.
