Police Charge Stamford Man With Possession Of Stolen Gun

STAMFORD — Police early Saturday raided a Greenwich Avenue residence and seized a stolen gun and arrested the man alleged to have been in possession of the pistol. Police charged Guatemalan national Wilber Arana-Cardona, 37, of Greenwich Avenue, with possession of a pistol without a permit, theft of a firearm and interfering with a search warrant and held him over the weekend in lieu of a $75,000 cash court appearance bond.
