CEDAR RAPIDS — A Cedar Rapids woman earned her second drunken driving arrest after leading police on a chase early Monday morning, according to authorities.Cedar Rapids public safety spokesman Greg Buelow said an officer attempted to pull over Danielle M. Hogan, 38, around 12:46 a.m. Monday after noting she was speeding on J Street SW near the intersection with Second Street SW.
