PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Police say they're investigating the discovery a badly decomposed body near the banks of the Schuylkill River in southwest Philadelphia. Witnesses found the body around 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the woods of Bartram's Garden. Police say the victim is a woman who was wearing blue pants and brown "hospital socks." An autopsy is scheduled to determine the cause of death.
