After reviewing two weeks’ worth of video from the family’s home security system, authorities said Quilligana had repeatedly abused the 3-year-old and her 1-year-old twin siblings. Court records do not detail the abuse seen through the older footage, but prosecutors said in past hearings that Quilligana at one point sprayed a liquid substance, possibly nail polish remover, inside the older child’s mouth and ripped hair out of the children’s heads.
