ROUND ROCK — Workers from Planned Parenthood have taken to Central Texas streets to drum up support in the wake of what officials from the organization say has been a tough year. Staffers seeking donations for the group, which has been tussling with state leaders over participation in a Medicaid program, have descended upon cities across the region, from downtown Austin to conservative-leaning Williamson County — where support would theoretically be harder to find — including downtown Round Rock.
