Roseville police detectives have concluded their investigation into the accidental shooting of a Placer County sheriff's deputy's 3-year-old daughter. The case now will be forwarded to the Placer County District Attorney's office, which will determine whether to charge Deputy Ken Skogen in the April 20 death of his daughter, Kalli. According to Roseville police, Ken Skogen was cleaning a firearm in the garage of his Sawtell Road home shortly before 6 p.m.
