Regional airline Colgan Air faces a $1.9 million fine from the Federal Aviation Administration for an infraction that occurred when the airline was under heavy scrutiny following the fatal crash of Colgan jet in 2009. CNN reports the infraction was related to flight attendant training and occurred in November 2009.
