By News staffEXETER, R.I. -- Because of safety concerns in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, Phoenix Houses of New England has postponed its fifth annual fundraiser -- "Run! Walk! Ride! -- For the Health of It!" -- whic had been scheduled for Saturday. The fundraiser, a 3K walk, 5K run or 20-mile bike ride, was to be held at the Phoenix House Exeter Center.
