Philippines Hostages Likely To Be Freed Soon: Government

PROSPERIDAD, Philippines (Reuters) - Tribal gunmen holding 46 hostages in the southern Philippines have reached an agreement with negotiators and will free all those in captivity, a government spokesman said on Saturday.
