Philip Seymour Hoffman has revealed that he checked himself out of a detox facility for drug abuse. The Oscar winner -- who struggled with drugs in the past, but has been sober for 23 years -- told TMZ that he relapsed more than a year ago, first using perscription pills, then graduating to snorting heroin.
