Petition To Sell Strong Beer, Wine In Grocery Stores Draws Official Challenge

The Retail Liquor Association of Oklahoma filed the protest against the last remaining ballot initiative after the group's petition was tossed out earlier this week by the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Meanwhile, lawmakers are expected to put the issue before voters in the form of SJR 68.
