Officials pointed the finger at Israel in what appeared to be a sophisticated, remote attack at a time of rising tensions across the Lebanon border. WILTON MANORS — A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed at a multi-family residence on Monday afternoon. The shooting happened about 2:30 p.m. at the building in the 400 block of Northwest 25th Street, according to a Broward Sheriff’s Office news release.
