WASHINGTON (AP) — The Ohio congressman challenging House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi says his colleagues understand that regaining the majority requires a "new message and a new messenger" able to reach out to voters who abandoned the party in this month's election. The leadership vote was to be held right after the election.
