By Staff reports Changes to the federal Pell Grant proposed by the Obama administration on Wednesday would reward students for taking more credits each semester and give them more money so they can attend classes year-round.The proposal would expand the nearly $29 billion program by another $2 billion and help students earn their degrees on time, the U.S.
