投稿文章先Under review后Awaiting Recommendation是什么情况？
under review 的状态通常是指审稿人在审稿，有时内部编辑审稿，也是这个状态。所以，under review不一定就是送外审了。 awaiting recommendaion的状态是等待编辑建议，通常是编辑准备将稿件外审，在推荐审稿人的过程中。

投稿某sci一直under review是否应该催稿?
以理工的sci为例，初审一般一周内出结果的都算快的，两周也正常，一个月初审没结果的就可以催了，送审以后期刊会给审稿人时间，给1-3个月的都有，所以一般under review持续1-2个月都算正常，三个月还没动静也可以催。评审慢的原因有很多，
