There is one placed and it is within the pedestrian area. Sometimes deleting the service point and garbage area and replacing them works for a little bit, but then it comes back up. Sometimes the garbage area says it needs a cargo service point (not sure why), but evening placing one of those in my pedestrian area does not fix it.

Honestly they should be in "roads/paths", as a pedestrian-only area.) The other "pedestrian road", is actually a road, like an alley. It is designed for walking and for delivery and service vehicles to reach things like parks and backs of buildings and whatever needs reaching by those things.

Pedestrian crossing. This is the smallest over the road pedestrian crossing you can build. Without stairs or disabling the verification process. Pretty dam bulky if ya ask me lol. Make the roads underpasses with pedestrian bridges at ground level and then you won’t have to add any length to your pedestrian paths.

Thanks so much. Guys, I found that if I draw pedestrian area first before I put down the pedestrian service, the garbage truck won't work as it should. Howevever, If I put down service building first, then expanding the area from the service building, the garbage truck will work normally. You still need a place to send the garbage.
