Pedestrian Hurt In Danbury Hit And Run

DANBURY — Police are searching for a driver who struck a pedestrian Wednesday morning outside the Western Connecticut State University campus on White Street, authorities said. The victim, who appears to be between 18 and 20 years old, sustained a head injury but was conscious when the ambulance arrived, Assistant Fire Chief Mark Omasta said.
