LIMA — Pastor C.M. Manley, of Lima, received a proclamation from the House of Representatives honoring him for his 50 years in pastoral work. Manley is pastor of the New Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Lima. The proclamation states that his services extended beyond the walls of the church that he has served since its inception in 1967. The proclamation ends that he is commended for his exemplary service and salutes Manley as one of Ohio’s finest citizens. The post Pastor C.M.
