Pa.'s Last World War Ii 'double Ace' Receives Congressional Award

Capt. J. Barry Lawler, now 93, has 11 confirmed victories in aerial combat. He served as a fighter pilot during World War II, and during a ceremony Wednesday, he was recognized for his service.
