Heavy rains, flooding and even tornadoes are all threats to South Florida as a potential Hurricane Milton churns towards the state. The biggest concern will be rainfall. Starting Sunday afternoon, moisture in the Gulf of Mexico ahead of Milton will bring downpours and possible flooding throughout the region, forecasters say.
