Before a replica of a sign dedicating part of Highway 101 to fallen sheriff’s Deputy Yevhen “Eugene” Kostiuchenko was unveiled Friday at the Camarillo Police Department, widow Maura Kelley told the audience her husband would have been humbled by all the attention.
