Papillion Woman Who's Accused Of Stealing More Than $18,000 From Nebraska Wind Symphony Held On $25,000 Bail

Kelli J. Lockwood, the former treasurer of the symphony, appeared in Douglas County Court and was charged with felony theft by deception. She must pay 10 percent of the bail amount — $2,500 — to be released.
