SAN DIEGO — The San Diego Padres have reinstated second baseman Orlando Hudson from the 15-day disabled list Thursday. Hudson was placed on the disabled list with a strained right hamstring May 4. He was batting .245 with six RBIs and a career high-tying 10 stolen bases. The Padres also optioned rookie right-handed pitcher Evan Scribner to Triple-A Tucson.
