Packed Town Hall Draws Critics Of Old North End Traffic Plan

Traffic concerns in the Old North End quickly and fiercely became the topic Tuesday night at a town hall held by Jill Gaebler, president pro tem of the Colorado Springs City Council. About 100 people attended, and many expressed dismay over a planned traffic overhaul in the neighborhood.Those changes include reduced speed limits on Nevada, Wahsatch and Cascade avenues and on Weber, Uintah, Fontanero and Tejon streets.
