More than 1 million doses of coronavirus vaccines have been administered in Iowa as of Friday afternoon, with 990,459 going to Iowa residents.Of those, 324,153 people have received the first dose of a Moderna and Pfizer vaccine; 340,483 people have been fully vaccinated having received both doses of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine; and 25,886 have received a single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
