Ryan AberSterling Shepard was about the lone consistent contributor at receiver last season, though he struggled with a groin injury for the last half of the season. Shepard was primarily an outside receiver last year but with the move to Lincoln Riley's offense and the addition of several players with the potential to be targets down the field, Shepard is primarily working on the inside in the spring. But Shepard said he could move back to the outside when needed, despite the two groups of receivers being coached separately--outside by Dennis Simmons and inside by Cale Gundy.
