Osp Identifies Deceased Driver

A 50-year-old Oregon City man died early Sunday when his 1997 Jeep Wrangler overturned on U. S. Highway 26 and remained unseen there for several hours, according to Oregon State Police.OSP identified the driver Monday as Scott Joseph Young. A nearby resident at 7:12 a. m. reported the Wrangler overturned on the south side of Highway 26 about a mile from the U.S.
