Orange Park 18-year-old Charged In Tortoise's Torture Now Faces Separate Sex-misconduct Charge

An Orange Park girl charged with animal cruelty after a Facebook video showed a tortoise tortured and killed has been accused of sexual misconduct in a June case. Jennifer Emoke Greene was a week shy of her 18th birthday last month when a game of hide-and-seek turned into a sexual encounter with a boy whose age was not disclosed by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. According to a juvenile arrest warrant, Greene and the boy were playing in a backyard when he asked to see her breasts and later the two became intimate but did not perform intercourse. read more
