Orange County is holding its first prayer breakfast on Tuesday, an event hosted by County Executive Steve Neuhaus and featuring former New York Giants defensive end George Martin as its keynote speaker.The breakfast is free and will begin at 7:15 a.m. at Anthony's Pier 9 in New Windsor. The event is promoted on the county website with a picture of an American flag with a crucifix superimposed over the field of stars.
