Don Lemon is having a field day over the “stupid” MAGA civil war unfurling online over immigration policy.
"Now you're finding out, you dumb fucking idiots,” Lemon said in the latest installment of his YouTube video series after abandoning Musk’s social media platform X.
“Now you’re just figuring this shit out.
A Virginia man was arrested this month with what feds described in court papers Monday as the largest cache of “finished explosive devices” ever found in the F. B. I.’s history. Via the New York Times:
The man, Brad Spafford, was taken into custody at a farm outside Norfolk on Dec.
A U. S. army veteran from Texas drove a pickup truck intentionally into a New Year’s crowd in the Bourbon Street area of New Orleans early New Year's Day, killing at least 10 people and injuring at least 35 others, according to officials. Via the New York Times:
Surveillance footage taken early Wednesday shows a white pickup truck turning off Canal Street and accelerating around a law enforcement vehicle onto Bourbon Street.
I love the Texas Tribune but its headline that two MAGA congressmen, Dr. Ronnie Jackson and Wesley Hunt, were “cleared,” after a House Ethics Committee investigation into their campaign finance spending is a bit misleading, in my opinion.
For one thing, the committee found definite wrongdoing. It found “there was evidence that the member’s campaigns did not fully comply with campaign finance standards, as well as reporting or recordkeeping requirements for campaign spending,” the Tribune reported, via Raw Story.
The investigation began after the two Trump diehards were accused of using campaign funds for private club memberships.

Great talk with Malcolm Nance on the domestic threat of Donald Trump and his followers from Proud Boys to violent Christian Fundamentalists. The international threat of Putin, Erdogan, Orban, Iran, Hamas & how it's all tied together, part of an op for former KGB agent Putin to put the Soviet Empire--hell the Tsarist Empire--back together.
And, sadly, as relevant in light of the deadly attack in New Orleans by a man radicalized by ISIS, was our discussion of Malcolm's past doing intelligence work in the Middle East to combat terrorism by radicalized Islamic Fundamentalists, which he covered in his book, "Defeating ISIS: Who They Are, How They Fight, What They Believe."
