Opiate-recovery Group Plans Fundraisers

LOWELL -- A Tewksbury-based nonprofit group working to open a long-term opiate-recovery facility in the area is holding two upcoming fundraisers, including a raffle for a 20-seat luxury suite at a Boston Red Sox game.
