Ramela Carman, a longtime Oakland County resident and one of the world's last survivors of the Armenian Genocide, has died at age 102.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, at St. John Armenian Church, 22001 Northwestern Highway in Southfield. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.
