The employees and their lawyer told The Post they were fired because staff had discovered they were working there illegally. The news follows multiple reports that management at Trump's New Jersey golf club employed at least several unauthorized workers, even shielding one from Secret Service vetting. A dozen unauthorized Latin American immigrants were fired from their jobs at Trump National Golf Club in Westchester County, The Washington Post reported Saturday. On January 18, the employees were asked individually met with a Trump human resources representative who let them go, according to The Post.
