No, it has nothing to do with legislative politics and everything to do with a television show being filmed on the south side of the building. Monday, crews were finishing work on the intricate scaffolding, lighting, obstacles and stunts that comprise "American Ninja Warrior," the NBC show that puts athletes through a series of difficult physical tests.
