Oil prices drifted below $82 today, as investors mulled demand uncertainties and a government report that showed the country's huge natural gas reserves shrank a little last week.

    I have a 2002 225 Optimax with 300 hours been using the Optimax Oil for several years, no problems. I am thinking of changing to one of the Pennzoil brands for a cost savings, Premium Plus Synthetic Blend or XLF Synthetic Blend. Any feedback would be appreciated.

  • Yamaha HPDI 2-Cyle Oil Options
    The Mystic oil is $14.99 per gallon versus Quicksilver premium plus at over $40.00 per gallon. I realize that engine repair would make this difference seem insignificant. Just don't want to spend the extra if they are all the same with a different label stuck on. This is my first large 2-cycle engine.

  • Low oil beep Mercury optimax
    Found out the oil from lower tank was not being used so the upper tank was suppling all needed oil. Found out the lid gasket on the lower tank had become hard with age. The way it works is that the lower tank is pressured up and forces oil up to the engine. If the o-ring on the lower tank gets hard and fails to seal no oil goes up.

    Psyllium husk, stool softeners, mineral oil, dark chocolate, milk of magnesia, prune juice, and mirolax. I drink tons of water, gateraide, and anything else I have read about on the web. I could take laxatives, chug a magnesium citrate, do an enema, and put on white pants and jump on a small airplane to Mexico without any hesitation.
