Oil, Contaminated Soil From Leak In Green River

GREEN RIVER, Utah (AP) — Federal officials say Friday rainstorms pushed some oil and contaminated soil from a nearby well leak into the Green River in southeast Utah. Bureau of Land Management field manager Beth Ransel said Tuesday that the rain was too much for absorbent material placed in the wash and a structure built to stop the spread of oil and sediment.
