Official Defends Release Of Lockerbie Bomber

Scotland's parliament is being recalled for an emergency session amid growing international outrage over last week's release of the man convicted for the Lockerbie plane bombing. Meanwhile a Web site set up to vent anger at the decision is calling on Americans to avoid travel to Scotland and cease buying Scottish products such as whisky.
