An Amarillo Police Department officer suffered minor injuries Saturday after responding to an argument that turned into a road rage incident, and a 40-year-old woman is in jail as a result. At 2:30 a.m. Saturday police received a call from a victim who claimed that a suspect was ramming her car, and she was told to drive toward the police department to meet with officers. Police said an APD officer who finished his shift was outside and walking to his vehicle when he saw a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer and silver Hyundai pull into APD’s parking lot at high speed. read more
