HALTOM CITY — A Haltom City police official accused of falsifying her time sheet and using department equipment for her personal use as she attended college classes has been exonerated of all allegations of wrongdoings, a city official announced Thursday.A three-month internal investigation by Fort Worth attorney Bettye Lynn concluded that Terry Stayer, who had been a police sergeant, adhered to department policies in taking classes at Tarrant County College earlier this year."The investigation proved that the complaints came from rumors, personal opinions and other agendas," City Manager Tom Muir said Thursday.
