O.C. Buckmaster was born at home in Mannsville, Oklahoma, on September 25, 1926. He is the only child of Richard Russel and Ethel Greeson Buckmaster and stepfather Everett Ted Bush. He lived in Texas until 1963 when he moved his family to Utah. He is a World War II Army Veteran.read more
