Obama Takes Jobs Push To North Carolina, Virginia

On the second day a bus tour to push his stalled $447 billion jobs plan, President Barack Obama will be in North Carolina and Virginia where he will call on Congress to pass the American Jobs Act piece-by-piece, beginning with the proposal to provide funding to prevent teacher layoffs and keep police officers and firefighters on the job.
