President Barack Obama will be making the first-ever presidential visit to a federal prison for an upcoming VICE special on America’s criminal justice system. Obama will go to the El Reno federal prison in Oklahoma next week for a show that will air this fall on HBO. The medium security prison houses 1,300 inmates.
