ALBANY — State officials are now looking at selling off a Malta energy business park in pieces instead of trying to find a buyer for the entire 280-site.The Saratoga Technology + Energy Park (STEP) was created as a way for the state to turn a former federally operated weapons testing site into a high-tech business park geared toward renewable energy and semiconductor technologies.
