NEW YORK (AP) — Authorities say signal problems and FDNY activity have caused delays across a number of New York City subway lines. WABC (http://7ny.tv/1EghOwM ) says a fire at Lexington Avenue and East 59th Street in Manhattan was causing problems on the N and Q lines at mid-morning Wednesday.
