WASHINGTON — New York lawmakers, Democrats and Republicans alike, say they are looking for bipartisan solutions now that the latest GOP effort to repeal and replace Obamacare has collapsed, but they are divided over how best to solve the problem."I'm hopeful now that the Senate effort has not come to fruition, we can try to make incremental fixes and leave the major structural changes to another day,'' said Republican Rep.
